Caprese Salad With Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3 Tomatoes
• 1 pack mozzarella cheese
• Fresh Basil
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp pesto
• 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• Salt
• Pepper

Method:

• Slice the tomatoes in equal thickness
• Slice mozzarella cheese in the same thickness
• Arrange them one on top of each other alternatively
• Sprinkle chopped basil leaves
• Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper
• Drizzle on top of the salad
