Fish Fry


Method

You will need fillets of any boneless fish about 500 gms. 

This will make for as many fillets as you are taking. 

Next you need to marinate the fishes in a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

In a platter take flour and sieve it well with salt and pepper. 

In another bowl make a batter with beaten eggs, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and crushed garlic. 

After 30 minutes of marinating, take the fishes out of the marinade and dip into the batter and place in the dry flour mixture. 

Put these into deep frying vessel and fry till these are slightly golden brown. 

Strain and soak excess fat on paper towels. 

Serve hot.
