Carrot Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese – 250gm
- Castor sugar – ¼ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 cup
- Sour cream – ¼ cup
- Flour – 3/4 cup
- Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup (you can also use olive oil or sunflower oil)
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder – 1 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Salt -1/4 tsp
Procedure:
- Whip up the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla essence, grated carrot, oil
- Add the previous cream cheese mixture to this and transfer to a baking tray
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C
