Carrot Cheese Cake


Ingredients:

  • Cream cheese – 250gm
  • Castor sugar – ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 cup
  • Sour cream – ¼ cup
  • Flour – 3/4 cup
  • Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup (you can also use olive oil or sunflower oil)
  • Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt -1/4 tsp

Procedure:

  • Whip up the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla essence, grated carrot, oil
  • Add the previous cream cheese mixture to this and transfer to a baking tray
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C
