Chilli Fish
Method:
Cut fillets into cubes or chunky pieces.
Make a batter with eggs, flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder or green chilli powder, salt and pepper.
Dip the fishes into this and deep fry.
Then strain these on paper towel.
Make the gravy with sauces and capsicum.
Put chunky pieces of onions and slit green chillies into this.
You can put spring onions too. Put little water and corn flour mixed in it.
This will make a thick gravy.
Put the fried balls of fish and mix.
Serve hot.
