Fish Biriyani
Method:
The rice is separately cooked with whole spices.
The fish should be taken in boneless forms in chunky pieces.
You can slightly shallow fry the fishes with whole or powdered garam masala, and seasoning.
Then when the rice is cooked, layer the fish and rice in a big handi and put saffron milk over it.
Cover and put in dum for about 1 hour in low flame.
Till properly cooked.
