Fish Nuggets
Method:
You can take fillets or any boneless variety.
You can also boil any variety of your choice with bones and then separate the bones to take the flesh out.
Next mate a dry mixture of flour, dry herbs of your choice, a pinch of garam masala powder, salt and pepper.
Put in some breadcrumbs into this mixture.
Next in a bowl beat up eggs, garlic paste and green chilli paste.
Put salt and pepper to season the batter and put into the fishes.
Dip into this and next coat these with dry mixture.
Keep in fridge for a while for it to get firmed up.
Then deep fry these.
