Indian Fish Curry
Method:
The fish pieces are first fried lightly with turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
Next these are kept separate and 2 table spoons of oil is heated.
You can put any type of spices like only cumin seeds, ginger and bay leaves; or you can put ginger garlic and onions along with whole garam masala.
Two types of spices will give two types of flavour.
You can also put chopped tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander.
Put the fishes into it and enough water to make gravy.
Cover and cook till done.
