Roasted Chickpeas
Spiced up snacks are always welcome. Chickpeas are healthy and that when dressed with spices turns tasty. This is one good combination of tasty and healthy snack.
Preparation time: 40 mins
Recipe:
- Soak chickpeas overnight.
- Drain in a colander and let dry on the kitchen counter or pat dry with paper towel.
- Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay it on a baking sheet in a one layer.
- Roast for about 40 mins.
- In a large bowl mix chilly powder, cumin powder, paprika, coriander powder, curry powder and salt.
- Add in chickpeas and mix well that every pea gets coated.
- Spray some olive oil for a better coat and to enhance the taste.
- That’s how a classic vegan party snack is prepared!
