Tandoori Fish
Method:
Marinate any less bone fish like pomfret or similar with tandoori masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, a pinch of edible red color (optional) , salt, pepper and marinate the fish in it.
After 20 minutes or so, bask it with some oil and put it on grill rack or put it inside low heat tandoor.
When done, serve with lemon juice and chat masala sprinkled on top.
