Thai Fish Curry
Method:
Take any choice of fish which does not have excess of any flavour.
You can also take thick fillets for this.
Sauté the red chilli powder with thai sauce, lemon grass and garlic in a wok.
Put in 2 cups of coconut milk and chunks of bringal if you want to.
You can use peas too.
Put in the fishes and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook till done and the gravy is thick.
